Bernd Buettner was appointed Managing Director of Funkwerk IP-Appliances GmbH in August 2010. His role in the management of Funkwerk Enterprise Communications (FEC) is that of Head of Product Management and System Engineering.
As a result of his 15 years of in-depth experience in the fields of Information and Network Technology he has been able to bring comprehensive product and market expertise into the company.
In a previous employment within Funkwerk from 2005 until the end of 2008 he worked in IP Access Products and Solutions and set significant impulses to bring the company forward.
Before his appointment to Managing Director he worked successfully for Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead responsible for Data Networks and Security for midsized and enterprise customers from the region of Northern Bavaria, where his main activities where in the field of UC/VoIP security.
